It is a results-based Workplace Wellbeing Program and suitable for Personal and Professional use to facilitate greater awareness and lasting behavioural change which naturally increases all abilities.
This program works with any level of management or staff. It can be presented over a two-day workshop, or broken down into weekly 2hr sessions. It is also suitable to be worked through personally or professionally where concepts are “cherry-picked” based on needs.
This Workplace Wellbeing Program is the culmination of Jilly’s 30-year experience. She has gained experience working with, government, international sporting bodies, corporate, retail, and health organisations. She has also mentored and counselled thousands of individuals to support them in finding their way through challenging situations to greater freedom within.
After completing this program you may feel more stable, connected, responsible, and purposeful to yourself and others enabling you to live a more joyful and successful life!
